PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus management system for easily preparing a suitable system configuration plan combining functions of a plurality of apparatus connected through a communication network or the like.SOLUTION: An apparatus management system includes: an acquisition means which acquires apparatus information on one or more utilization apparatus; and an output means which outputs information on a function may be provided based on the acquired apparatus information, function information of single apparatus may be provided, and function information of other apparatus available for the apparatus that may be provided.
