PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrically-driven water valve that is used together with a water valve of an automobile engine, and changes a flow of cooling water by rotating a spherical valve by a motor.SOLUTION: An electrically-driven water valve includes: a valve housing 1 which has inflow parts 11, 12 on an upstream side in a water flow direction and an outflow part 13 on a downstream side; a spherical valve 2 which has valve inflow parts 21, 22 and a valve outflow part 23 and is rotated by a motor; and seal members 4, 5 which have circumferential main lips 41, 51 and concentric outer sub lips 42, 52. The seal members 4, 5 are arranged in the valve housing 1 between the inflow parts 11, 12 and the spherical valve 2; and the main lips 41, 51 and sub lip 42, 52 of the seal members 4, 5 abut on the spherical valve 2 and a circumferential gap reservoir part S is formed between the spherical valve 2 and the main lips 41, 51 and sub lip 42, 52 of the seal members 4, 5, the main lips 41, 51 being formed at parts projecting inward from cylindrical inner peripheral walls of the seal members 4, 5. |
