摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aluminum alloy fin material for heat exchanger having high strength and excellent in brazability and sag resistance and a manufacturing method therefor.SOLUTION: There is provided an aluminum alloy fin material for heat exchanger containing, by mass%, Si:0.6 to 1.6%, Fe:0.5 to 1.2%, Mn:1.2 to 2.6%, Zn:0.4 to 3.0%, Cu:0.2% or less and the balance inevitable impurities and Al, where Mg is limited to less than 0.05% as impurities, and having tensile resistance before brazing heating of 160 to 260 MPa and difference between tensile resistance before brazing heating and 0.2% bearing force of 10 to 50 MPa. A density of second phase particles having equivalent circle dimeter of 3 μm or more in a metal structure is 70 to 220/mm. There is provided a manufacturing method of the aluminum alloy fin material for heat exchanger by applying final annealing molten aluminum alloy having above mentioned component composition after continuously casting slab having thickness of 2 to 15 mm by using thin slab continuous casting machine, winding it directly to a roll without conducting hot rolling the slab, conducting cold rolling and intermediate firing and hot rolling with final cold rolling rate of 15 to 50%.
