As a building is constructed on a slope excavated into an ″L″ shape or on the ground with a big difference of elevation, the front side of the building is on the ground and the back side of the building is under the ground. Provided is a natural lighting, air conditioning, heating, and ventilation structure of a building, which works to advantage of the back side and underground parts of lateral sides in such building. The present invention is characterized in that: a partition wall is arranged at a position separated from a door on the front side and a predetermined distance away from the back side wall such that the space between the partition wall and the door is a use space, and a space between the partition wall and the back side wall is a back side passage; and, after an upper slab is arranged at a position higher than the ground of the back side, a laylight is installed to be exposed on the ground at an upper part of the back side wall protruding from the ground. |
