The present invention relates to heat exchangers (10, 110, 210) for heat exchange between a first dynamic component and a static component. The heat exchangers (10, 110, 210) of the present invention comprise: a container (11); and, heat exchanger cores (12, 112, 212) wrapped in the container (11). The heat exchanger cores (12, 112, 212) comprise one or more tubes (20) for guiding the first dynamic component from a first inlet toward a first outlet. The dynamic component is near the tube and is located in the heat exchanger cores (12, 112, 212). The static component is made to store and release a predetermined quantity of heat to conduct heat exchange between the first dynamic component and the static component. |
