The present invention relates to a method and an apparatus for inter-domain routing based on autonomous system (AS) architecture. According to the present invention, the inter-domain routing method comprises the following steps: searching for path information on a destination IP address of a data packet received from a source host in a forwarding information base (FIB); requesting a domain locator corresponding to the destination IP address to a mapping system and obtaining the same when the path information corresponding to the destination IP address is not searched; and setting a path by using the obtained domain locator and routing information on a domain in which the source host exists.
