Disclosed is a desulfurization apparatus. The disclosed desulfurization apparatus of the present invention comprises: a reactor in which an inlet and an outlet are formed at the front and the back to face each other and which allows biogas to be introduced through the inlet and then released out through the outlet; a liquid chemical supply part spraying, into the reactor, absorption liquid chemical mixed with water and metal powder containing at least 70 wt% of iron powder; and a filter made up of poling materials based on polymer, and installed in the reactor so as to facilitate a catalytic reaction between the absorption liquid chemical and sulfurized water in biogas introduced into the reactor.
