A band gap reference voltage circuit comprises a self-bias current mirror part which has a type of cascade load which includes a first current path and a second current path from an input terminal which an input voltage is applied to; a startup control part connected between the first current path and the second current path, in a forward bias at an initial state of power supply, and is in a backward bias when the self-bias current mirror part is turned on; and an output current mirror part which includes a third current path from the input terminal, generating a reference voltage outputted to an output terminal from a current flowing along the third current path. |
