According to an embodiment of the present invention, a main semiconductor device for controlling an air conditioner is selectively connected to an air conditioning panel semiconductor which controls an air conditioning panel for a vehicle, controls an air conditioner disposed in the vehicle, consists of an analog circuit unit and a digital circuit unit, and comprises: an input module to receive sensor information for controlling the air conditioner or an air conditioning condition setting and function operation signal to control the air conditioner; a motor drive module to drive various motors in the air conditioner; a voltage regulator module to stabilize a voltage supplied to each module in the main semiconductor device for controlling the air conditioner; and a control module to control the motor drive module based on the information received from the input module, and control the voltage regulator module to supply a constant voltage required for each module of the main semiconductor device.
