PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a constitution of a swing stop device capable of avoiding an evil caused when a pressure contact area by a holding part 11 of the swing stop device is fitted in a recessed part of a processed area 21 of a work 2.SOLUTION: A swing stop device changes a pressure contact position to an outer peripheral surface by rotation of a work 2, by allowing a plurality of swing stop holding parts 11 to hold the outer peripheral surface of the columnar work 2 in a processing stage in a pressure contact state by hydraulic pressure supplied from a hydraulic cylinder 31. The swing stop device can solve the problem by setting an angular range formed by both ends of the swing stop holding parts 11 in a larger state than an angular range of a processing area 21 in an angular range of setting a center line position of the rotation as a reference. |
