PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery device of high safety by improving precision in an overcurrent detection current value and a short-circuit current value, with low current consumption.SOLUTION: A short-circuit overcurrent detection circuit includes a constant current circuit connected in series, a first impedance element, a first transistor whose resistance value changes according to a voltage of a secondary battery, a second impedance element, and a second transistor whose resistance value changes according to a voltage of the secondary battery. It includes a reference voltage circuit which outputs a first reference voltage from a connection point between the constant current circuit and the first impedance element, and outputs a second reference voltage from a connection point between the first transistor and the second impedance element, a first comparison circuit which compares a voltage of an overcurrent detection terminal with the first reference voltage, and a second comparison circuit which compares the voltage of the overcurrent detection terminal with the second reference voltage. |
