PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To output medical information of individuals in the case where a system managing the medical information of the individuals in normal time is unavailable due to a disaster.SOLUTION: A medical information system of the embodiment comprises: medical information storage means; location information storage means; acquisition means; and output means. The medical information storage means associates individual identification information with medical information and stores the individual identification information associated therewith. The location information storage means associates location information with medical treatment possibility information and stores the location information associated therewith for each facility. The acquisition means acquires the individual identification information and evacuation place information from a safety information system. The output means identifies evacuation place information of a corresponding individual on the basis of the individual identification information acquired and the individual identification information in the medical information storage means and outputs the medical information to be presented to the facility on the basis of the evacuation place information identified.
