PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow access information to public information to be passed over to a device without waiting for completion of network processing with a service on the Internet.SOLUTION: A communication device 100 can upload video content stored in an HDD as public information to a web service server 303. The communication device 100 can write access information to the public information in a device 400 through short-range wireless communication using NFC. The communication device 100 performs processing to upload the public information to a web service by using an off-line-enabled communication application, and when it notifies the device 400 of access information to the public information, it gives notice of reservation access information. After completion of network processing, the communication device 100 sets a redirect destination of the reservation access information to actual access information. |
