PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lens unit which offers design flexibility while avoiding or minimizing an increase in size.SOLUTION: A lens unit 200 includes a first optical system 21 which reduces a light flux entering from the object side and passes therethrough, a second optical system 22 which enlarges the light flux before outputting and projecting the light flux, and a cam mechanism 24 for moving at least one optical member 2G constituting the second optical system 22 in an optical axis direction of the light flux, the cam mechanism 24 being located closer to the first optical system 21 than the optical member 2G in the optical axis direction of the light flux. |
