PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To more rationally manage an amount of hot water by properly predicting a future necessary boiling-up amount according to a user staying in a building.SOLUTION: A home server specifies a degree of consumption by each user, in consuming hot water by a shower device in one day by the users of a dwelling house on the basis of a result of measurement of hot water consumption by the shower device in the dwelling house, determines the total amount of hot water consumed in one day in a case when all of dwellers of the dwelling house stay home, and stores a home occupancy schedule indicating which users stay in the dwelling house. Further the hose server predicts a necessary boiling-up amount in a prediction object day on the basis of the total amount of hot water consumed in the determined one day, a degree of consumption by each specified user, and the home occupancy schedule of the prediction object day. Then the home server controls a storage type hot water supply system, and makes the storage type hot water supply system produce the hot water by the amount according to a result of the prediction of the necessary boiling-up amount as the hot water to be consumed in the prediction object day. |
