PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To measure loads in respective directions and a moment load acting on a slider of a direct action guide device.SOLUTION: A direct action guide device has upper-face displacement measurement sensors 4a-4c which measure displacement of a trunk part 211 over an upper surface 14 of a guide rail 1, and side-face displacement measurement sensors 52a, 52b which measure displacement of leg parts 212 over one side face 13 of the guide rail 1. The upper-face measurement sensors are installed on a slider 2 so as to measure at least three points of an upper face 14, a first point and a second point among the three points being arranged at the same position in a length direction of the guide rail 1, and a third point being arranged at the same position with the second point in a direction perpendicular to the length direction of the guide rail 1. The side-face displacement measurement sensors are installed on the slider so as to measure at least two different points on one side face, a second point being arranged at the same position in the direction perpendicular to the length direction of the guide rail 1. |
