PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blow-by gas treatment system of a vehicle internal combustion engine capable of treating blow-by gas without the influence of vehicle behaviors.SOLUTION: A blow-by gas treatment system 18 comprises: blow-by gas pipes 13 and 15 returning blow-by gas in an engine body 4 to an intake pipe 16; and an oil separator 14 separating oil from the blow-by gas, an oil supply portion 8 including an oil supply member 9 that is installed separately from the engine body 4 and above an oil pan 3 and that includes an oil supply hole opened or closed by a cap 11; and an oil supply pipe 10 that is installed outside of the engine body 4 and that has one end communicating with the oil supply hole and the other end communicating with the oil pan 3, the blow-by gas pipes 13 and 15 being installed outside of the engine body 4 and each having one end communicating with the oil supply hole and the other end communicating with the intake pipe 16, and the oil separator 14 being attached to an upper portion of the engine body 4 and provided between the blow-by gas pipes 13, 15. |
