PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate a pressure difference between the inside and outside of a cabinet, without increasing a door opening/closing operation step.SOLUTION: A door opening/closing structure of a sealed cabinet includes: a cabinet 1 having an opening; a door 2 that is openably/closably provided in the opening of the casing 1 and that is closed to hermetically seal the cabinet 1; a handle 3 that is provided in the door 2 to open/close the door 2; air holes 201a and 201b that are provided through the door 2; and a hole opening/closing mechanism 9a for opening/closing the air holes 201a and 201b in association with an opening/closing operation of the handle 3.
