PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent sucking of air at an oil sucking opening of an oil pump when an oil is circulated inside an in-wheel motor drive device by using the oil pump.SOLUTION: Relating to an in-wheel motor drive device (21), a vehicle is advanced forward by rotating a hub ring in a forward direction, with a horizontal direction orthogonal to an axial line (O) of a hub ring (32) being assumed as a to and fro direction of the vehicle. A discharge opening (61) which is formed to penetrate a casing (22a) along a radial direction, for discharging an oil inside the casing to an oil tank (53), is disposed further behind the axial line of the hub ring in the vehicle. |
