PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operation support device capable of ensuring keyword voice operation.SOLUTION: An operation support device 100 includes: a voice input section 200 that inputs a pronounced voice; a sight line input section 300 that detects a user's sight line is directed to a predetermined object; and a keyword detection section 400 that determines a keyword relevant to a predetermined object 500 is pronounced when the sight line is directed to the predetermined object while the similarity among input plural pronounced voices is within a predetermined range as a condition.
