PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method capable of refining a large amount of polymer organic semiconductor materials by efficiently achieving a narrow band of a molecular weight distribution of the polymer organic semiconductor materials.SOLUTION: There is disclosed a method for refining a polymer organic semiconductor material, in which a polymer organic semiconductor material is brought into contact with a mixture comprising carbon dioxide in a supercritical state and a solvent capable of dissolving the polymer organic semiconductor material, compositions dissolved into the solvent are removed, and thereby a narrow band of a molecular weight distribution is achieved. The polymer organic semiconductor material is preferably polythiophenes, specifically, P3HT or F8T2, and the solvent is preferably chloroform. |
