PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform a touch operation suitable for the intention of a user by considering the position of the tip portion of an indication object to be used for a touch operation as a touch position.SOLUTION: An information processor 100 for recognizing a touch operation to be performed by an indication object includes: a tip portion position specification part 113 for specifying a position corresponding to the tip portion of the indication object being close to an object surface; and a recognition part 117 for recognizing the touch operation to be performed by the indication object on the basis of the information of the tip portion specified by the tip portion position specification part 113 while being interlinked with the contact of the indication object with the object surface of the touch operation.
