PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make stress less likely to be transmitted to a display panel.SOLUTION: A display device 100 includes: a planar light source device 60; and stress reduction parts 41, 42. The planar light source device 60 includes: a frame 9 which accommodates an optical device 50; and a frame 30 provided between the frame 9 and a frame 11. The frame 30 comprises: a substrate frame 31; a sub frame 32; and a stress reduction part 43. The display panel 20 is held by the frame 11 and the sub frame 32. The stress reduction part 42 is provided between a surface 20b of the display panel 20, which is opposite to a display surface, and the sub frame 32. The stress reduction part 43 is provided between the sub frame 31 and the sub frame 32 so as to contact with the sub frame 31 and the sub frame 32. |
