PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To generate a system configuration plan under the consideration of not only a component requirement desired by a user but also a requirement of inter-data center communication in a system configuration based on the combination of a plurality of components accompanied by the inter-data center communication of a cloud service provider.SOLUTION: A system configuration plan generation device 100 includes: a storage device 101 for storing information of provided components specifications and location data centers in each cloud service and information of inter-data center communication specifications; and an arithmetic unit 104 for executing processing to search the cloud services satisfying a component requirement desired by a user from the storage device 101, and to search the inter-location data center communication specifications of the cloud services for each combination of the searched cloud services, and to specify the combination satisfying a communication requirement desired by the user, and to generate the specified combination information of the cloud services as a system configuration plan. |
