PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method which is arranged so that a battery invaded by a metallic foreign material can be detected in a short time more reliably, and which enables the mass production of reliable secondary cells in a simple and convenient manner.SOLUTION: According to the present invention, a method for manufacturing a secondary cell including an electrode body having positive and negative electrodes and a separator, and an electrolyte is provided. The manufacturing method comprises the steps of: constructing the electrode body; performing an initial charging process on the cell; and performing an aging process on the cell after the initial charging process. The manufacturing method further comprises the step of bonding the positive electrode and the separator to each other before the completion of the aging process. |
