PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an undercover for a vehicle capable of enhancing rigidity while securing a surface flatness.SOLUTION: A tabular engine undercover 10 composing the lower face of a vehicle has a cover body 11 whose one face 11A is flat, and a reinforcing rib 21 and a pair of auxiliary ribs 22. 22 arranged so as to hold the reinforcing rib 21 in between are provided on the other face 11B of the cover body 11. The pair of auxiliary ribs 22, 22 extend along the extending direction of the reinforcing rib 21. The protrusion height H2 of the pair of auxiliary ribs 22, 22 from the other face 11B is lower than that height H1 of the reinforcing rib 21 therefrom. In the cover body 11, the undercover is characterized in that the board thickness T2 of the portion disposed inside the pair of auxiliary ribs 22, 22 is set to be thinner than that thickness T1 of the portion disposed outside the ribs 22, 22. |
