PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a technique capable of switching an imaging mode with an optimal timing, in an imaging apparatus a self traveling means.SOLUTION: The imaging apparatus comprises: imaging means; travel means for traveling the apparatus to change an imaging target; mode switch means which switches an imaging mode between a first imaging mode for imaging while changing the imaging target by the travel means and a second imaging mode for continuously imaging a predetermined subject; determination means which determines whether or not to switch the imaging mode; and control means which controls the imaging means and the travel means in accordance with the imaging means. |
