PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio communication system and a radio communication device such that a radio slave device can be stably installed in a communicable environment.SOLUTION: A radio communication system includes a plurality of radio communication devices connected through a radio communication network, and each radio communication device includes transmission means of transmitting a search signal for searching for a communication partner to outside, and reception means of receiving a transmitted search signal from outside. The radio communication system transmits data that a self device should transmit to the transmission source of a search signal when the search signal is received in a state in which reception sensitivity is set to predetermined sensitivity and when the self device has the data to be transmitted. Each radio communication device includes change means of changing reception sensitivity to sensitivity lower than the predetermined sensitivity, specification means of specifying a state of reception of the search signal by the reception means in the state in which the reception sensitivity is set to the sensitivity lower than the specific sensitivity, and notification means of giving notice of the specified reception state. |
