PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a refrigeration device capable of exerting an exhaust heat recovery effect sufficiently while protecting compression means from increase of high pressure side pressure and the like.SOLUTION: A refrigeration device includes: an electric expansion valve 33 connected to an upstream side of an electric expansion valve 39 on a downstream side of a gas cooler 28; a tank 36 connected to the upstream side of the electric expansion valve 39 on the downstream side of the electric expansion valve 33; and a bypass circuit 48 for returning a refrigerant in the tank to a compressor 11 via electric expansion valves 43, 47. A controller 27 regulates a high pressure side pressure in a refrigerant circuit on the upstream side by the electric expansion valve 33 and regulates the pressure in the tank by the electric expansion valves 43, 47. An exhaust heat recovery heat exchanger 21 is provided on the upstream side of the gas cooler. |
