PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fastening structure 4 and a pipeline fastening method capable of easily adapting for an increased or decreased thickness at a table block 2 and assuring a stably fastened state without increasing the number of component parts.SOLUTION: This invention relates to a fastening structure 4 for fastening a substantial cylindrical pipeline 3 to an upper surface 2a at a substantial plate-like table block 2 having a prescribed thickness comprising: a U-shaped member 41 of a substantial gate-shape formed by bending a round steel member to enclose the pipeline 3 with the table block 2 as seen from an axial direction of the pipeline to have two pillar parts 411a extending in a thickness direction of the table block 2; and two bolts 46 engaged in thread with a threaded hole 41a arranged at a pillar part 411a of the U-shaped member 41 through an open hole 2b of the table block 2 formed with an opening in a thickness direction.
