PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems in panty hose and tights having yarn obtained by removing metallic luster of metal slit yarn having silver, copper, zinc or alloy thereof as coating, in which the support of consumers cannot be obtained instead of functions such as antibacterial deodorization, electrostatic neutralization and heat rejection because a border due to the thickness of yarn appears along with the badness of feeling by the metal slit yarn, and also to solve the problem that it is difficult to manufacture the panty hose and tights that can achieve calm metallic luster and secure the functions.SOLUTION: Metal-deposited yarn is made into bellows twisted with yarn as thick as three other main raw yarn or with slightly thin yarn, and fed from one port of yarn feeder and knitted, without making the metal-deposited yarn into double cover yarn by two S/Z twisting yarn. Then, the border due to the difference of yarn thickness does not appear and texture is improved, and thereby panty hose and tights with functions and such improvements can be obtained. |
