PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a synthetic resin emulsion satisfying stability during storage even if a copolymer having a structural unit derived from a hydrophilic monomer and a structural unit derived from a monomer of a (meth)acryloxy group-containing silane coupling agent is incorporated into a synthetic resin emulsion.SOLUTION: There is provided a synthetic resin emulsion which comprises a copolymer having (A) 90.0 to 98.9 pts.mass of a structural unit derived from a hydrophobic monomer, (B) 1.0 to 7.0 pts.mass of a structural unit derived from a hydrophilic monomer, and (C) 0.1 to 3.0 pts.mass of a structural unit derived from a monomer of a (meth)acryloxy group-containing silane coupling agent (provided that the total of (A), (B) and (C), the total of the structural unit derived from a monomer, is 100 pts.mass). |
