The present invention relates to a cosmetic composition for anti-aging, containing, as active ingredients, extracts of bee venom, the bark of willow trees, and fermented rice. The cosmetic composition for anti-aging is excellent in terms of antioxidative effects, effects of biosynthesizing collagen fibers, and effects of inhibiting hyaluronidase activities. Furthermore, the composition is safe on skin and shows excellent effects of improving skin elasticity.
