The present invention relates to a cap which ensures three-dimensional expression thereon without attachment of embroidery objects on the cap or without a need of an embroidery work, and to a production method thereof. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the cap comprises: a main body part to cover a head; a brim part protruding from a portion or a whole part of a lower end of the main body part so as to block out sunlight; at least one three-dimensional projection integrated on an upper surface of the brim part or the main body part; and a sewing line formed on the upper surface of the three-dimensional projection. Therefore, three-dimensional expression can be possible on the cap. |
