The present invention relates to a diesel fuel filter of a vehicle which is installed between a fuel tank and a fuel pump of a vehicle to remove impurities, such as water, foreign materials, etc., contained in fuel. The diesel fuel filter performs a function of the control of a heating part and sensing of water in fuel by estimating a state of water generated in a filter and a fuel temperature using an integrated ultrasonic sensor, which integrates the functions of a thermos switch and a water sensor installed in an existing diesel fuel filter to be separated from each other.
