The present invention relates to an inside mirror assembly for a vehicle, and more specifically, to an inside mirror assembly for a vehicle which can prevent a phenomenon that foreign substances like dust permeates into the inside of the inside mirror assembly and then contaminates the surface of a tilting reflective plate. To this end, the present invention provides the inside mirror assembly for a vehicle which comprises a cam structure where a link protrusion formed on a bottom of a tilting link is inserted in order to perform angular rotation of the tilting link forward and backward. The cam structure is installed on a bottom of a housing as being able to be rotated angularly and being able to be shielded. A lever for tilting operation is formed integrally on the bottom of the cam structure, and is extended to the outside through the bottom of the housing.
