PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an illuminating device that can be easily attached to various places and can reduce cost.SOLUTION: An illuminating device has a structure in which an organic EL part and an organic solar battery part are stacked, and comprises: an organic EL electrode for the organic EL part; an organic EL layer formed adjacently to the organic EL electrode; a common electrode for the organic EL part and the organic solar battery part formed adjacently to the organic EL layer; an organic solar battery layer formed adjacently to the common electrode; and an organic solar battery electrode for the organic solar battery part formed adjacently to the organic solar battery layer. At least one out of the organic EL electrode and the organic solar battery electrode, and the common electrode have optical transparency, and an emitting surface of illumination light generated from the organic EL layer and an incident surface of sunlight are positioned on the side of one forming surface of the organic EL electrode or the organic solar battery electrode having optical transparency. |
