PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an easy-to-process screw fastening structure of a plate material, capable of configuring to retain strength without causing an increased number of components.SOLUTION: The fastening structure includes: a fastening bolt 24; a cylindrical part 21, having a formed inner peripheral surface and formed in projection on one of the plate surface side of a plate material 11, enabling the fastening bolt to be screwed in from an opening disposed on the projection end side; and a connection member 14, having an insertion hole 22 whose inner diameter is larger than the outer diameter of the cylindrical part, and disposed in such a manner that the cylindrical part is inserted into the insertion hole. The fastening bolt is screwed in from the projection end side of the cylindrical part, to have a length of not projecting from another surface of the plate material in a fastening completion state. |
