PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a history storage device, an image forming apparatus and program, in which information to be used as useful in inquiring a cause of an operation, caused by an image forming instruction, is stored regardless of whether or not an abnormal operation occurs.SOLUTION: A history storage device 50 includes: a storage part 31 that stores information; a device status information acquiring part 32 (device status information acquisition means) that acquires device status information S related to a status of a printer 10 (an image forming apparatus) in printing an image, the printer including a printing part 26 (an image forming part) that prints the image corresponding to a print job J (an image forming instruction); and an association part 37 that, when the print job J satisfies a condition (a preset condition) stored in a condition storage part 34, associates the print job J with the device status information S when the image corresponding to the print job J is printed, and causes the storage part 31 to store the print job J and the device status information S. |
