The present invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition and health functional food for preventing or treating a thrombosis containing an organic solvent fraction of an Ehwa (pear flower) yeast extract as an active ingredient and, more specifically, to a pharmaceutical composition and health functional food for preventing or treating a thrombosis containing an ethyl acetate fraction and/or a water residue among the organic solvent fraction sequentially divided from an ethanol extract of a conventional Ehwa yeast used for manufacturing Ehwa liquor as an active ingredient. The ethyl acetate fraction and/or the water residue of the Ehwa yeast ethanol extract as the active ingredient of the pharmaceutical composition and the health functional food for preventing or treating a thrombosis of the present invention has an excellent effect of being used for preventing and treating the thrombosis such as an ischemic stroke and a hemorrhagic stroke through improving blood circulation based on a strong antithrombotic effect such as a blood coagulation inhibition activity and a platelet aggregation inhibition activity as being specifically proved through an embodiment of the specification. Especially, since the Ehwa yeast of the present invention is used for manufacturing food until now, the pharmaceutical composition and the health functional food are very useful for a pharmaceutical industry and a food industry as a safe ingredient for replacing an existing antithrombotic agent. |
