PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the cell structure of a fuel cell which allows for smooth discharge of produced liquid, and thereby suitably suppressing decrease in power generation efficiency due to production of liquid, and to provide a method of manufacturing the fuel cell, and the fuel cell.SOLUTION: A cell structure 110 of a fuel cell is configured so that the contact angle (&thetas;1) with the liquid at the resin frame side interconnection 412 of a second frame 36 and the second separator side interconnection 422 of a cathode side separator 11, the contact angle (&thetas;2) with the liquid at the gas flow path formation part 11g of a cathode side separator, and the contact angle (&thetas;3) with the liquid in a gas diffusion layer 38 satisfy a relation &thetas;1<&thetas;2<&thetas;3. |
