PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an on-vehicle apparatus capable of reducing discomfort of a user due to output variation of a connection device caused by authentication processing.SOLUTION: An on-vehicle apparatus has first authentication means S12 performing first authentication processing for authenticating an on-vehicle apparatus as a source apparatus and authentication a first apparatus as a sink apparatus, in a state where the first apparatus is connected with the output section, second authentication means S15 performing second authentication processing for authenticating an on-vehicle apparatus as a sink apparatus and authenticating a second apparatus as a source apparatus, in a state where a digital content is outputted from the output section to the first apparatus when the second apparatus is connected with the input section, determination means S18, and third authentication means S20 performing third authentication for authenticating the on-vehicle apparatus as a repeater apparatus, when a determination is made, by the determination means, that the conditions for providing the digital content from the second apparatus to first apparatus are satisfied. |
