PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a self-excited power conversion device capable of suppressing a stop caused by the occurrence of an abnormality of a gate signal.SOLUTION: A power conversion device 10 comprises: a gate generator 11 for outputting a plurality of gate pulses GPa0 to GPn0 for driving switching elements 4a to 4n, respectively; a parallel/serial converter 12 for serializing the plurality of gate pulses GPa0 to GPn0 output from the gate generator 11; and a serial/parallel converter 21 for detecting abnormality on the basis of a gate pulse GPs converted by the parallel/serial converter 12. |
