PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clamp plate used for observing a specimen of an affect part, which has a small work load when a pin material is inserted and offers an excellent stability of the inserted pin material.SOLUTION: The clamp plate includes: an upper plate 2 and a lower plate 3 with elasticity and hardness; and, in between the upper and lower plates 2 and 3, an intermediate layer material 4 with elasticity and having a hardness smaller than that of the upper and lower plates 2 and 3. The upper and lower plates and the intermediate layer material are made of one or a combination of isoprene rubber, polyurethane rubber, ethylene propylene rubber, chloroprene rubber, silicone rubber, styrene-butadiene rubber, natural rubber, nitrile rubber, butyl rubber, fluorine-containing rubber, and thermoplastic elastomer. The hardnesses of the upper and lower plates are set to be in the range of 20 to 90 when measured by a durometer (type A) based on JIS K 6253 and the hardness of the intermediate layer material is set to be in the range of 5 to 40 based on the same. |
