PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a knitted fabric which is reduced in discomfort due to unpleasant feeling such as uneven feeling, scratchy feeling and rough feeling, and which is pleasant to touch, from the viewpoint of feeling caused when the knitted fabric is actually worn by a person, regardless of the presence or absence of sweat on the skin and of the wetting of the fabric.SOLUTION: A knitted fabric comprises a plain stitch structure, and the positions of loops on the back side of the knitted fabric satisfy the following relational expressions (1) and (2): with regard to a needle loop and a sinker loop adjacent to each other in the observation of the back side of the knitted fabric which is folded in two with a wale direction as an axis, the sum of a slope aN° of the center part of the needle loop relative to a vertical direction and a slope aS° of the center part of the sinker loop relative to the vertical direction (aNS°=aN°+aS°) satisfies the relational expression aN°+aS°≤40°...(1); and a distance D between the center parts of the needle loop and the sinker loop adjacent to each other in the observation of the back side of the knitted fabric which is folded in two with the wale direction as the axis satisfies the relational expression D≤350 μm...(2). |
