The present invention relates to a high intensity focused ultrasonic device and, more specifically, to a high intensity focused ultrasonic device treating an accurate point of a skin tissue without a repeated treatment by changing a structure to attach and detach a disposable detachable cartridge, and enabling an operator to obtain a coordinate of the skin tissue of a person who is to be treated, through a scanning part of a transducer for ultrasonic conversion to check an accurate treatment point in real time. The high intensity focused ultrasonic device comprises a handpiece including a handpiece body electrically connected to a movable body freely moved, through a wire, and a disposable detachable cartridge coupled with the same, wherein the handpiece body includes a laser generator, a transducer for ultrasonic conversion, a cooling device, and a zoom-in device. |
