Independent claims are also included for: (1) producing a fabric, comprising mounting a weaving machine with reinforcing warp threads and binding warp yarns and reinforcing weft threads and binder weft yarns, aligning the reinforcing weft threads and binder weft yarns in a predetermined order, where a weft insertion with a reinforcing weft thread and reinforcing warp threads are located in the same upper case or lower case, and a weft insertion with a binding weft thread of the leno warp thread serving as binder warp yarn is located in the same upper case or lower case, binding warp thread serving as stationary warp thread and the reinforcing warp threads are located in the other case, crossing leno warp thread with stationary warp thread between weft insertion with the binder weft yarn; and (2) producing a composite material body having at least one fabric layer of fabric, comprising adjusting the fabric to the desired shape of the composite material body to at least a melting range of melting of the yarns of the binder system by thermal action.
