PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processor capable of acquiring a high resolution image suitable to a scientific verification use, and to provide an image processing program, an image processing method and a microscope system.SOLUTION: The image processor according to this technology includes an image conversion part, and an image generation part. The image conversion part decomposes a first picked-up image and a second picked-up image into frequency components, the first picked-up image being obtained by picking up an observation object with first illumination light through a microscope optical system, the second picked-up image being objected by picking up the observation object with second illumination light through the microscope optical system, contrast of a low frequency band of the second picked-up image is smaller than that of the first picked-up image, and contrast of a high frequency band is larger than that of the first picked-up image. The image generation part combines the low frequency component of the first picked-up image with the high frequency component of the second picked-up image to generate a combined image. |
