Each of the graphene materials 11b has a graphene skeleton defining a graphene face 11c. The graphene structure 11 is located between the active material particles 12. The graphene structure 11 has at least one side surface 11a which is in contact with the active material particle 12. The side surface 11a contains the carbon material 11b in which the graphene face 11c is inclined with respect to the side surface 11a. |
