PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To propose an operation training simulator system and an operation training simulator method capable of suppressing cost.SOLUTION: A plant operation training simulator system for simulating behaviors of a plant constituted by a plurality of systems, comprises: a plurality of FD clients displaying a device installed in the plurality of systems so as to be able to manipulate the device for the respective systems; and a single integrated server including therein a plurality of actual machine servers managing the device installed in the plurality of systems for the respective systems, the FD clients each storing information discriminating a device manipulation request and the system in a transmission header file and transmitting the transmission header file to the integrated server if receiving the device manipulation request, and the integrated server discriminating the FD client that is a transmission source of the transmission header file on the basis of information discriminating the systems and transmitting a manipulation request to the actual machine server managing the device displayed by the discriminated FD client so as to be able to manipulate the device if receiving the transmission header file. |
